Sinoholding Group was established in 1997, the predecessor was processing department in Zhangjiagang Copper High and New technology Group, and after restructuring the Zhangjiagang Copper co., Ltd was established which mainly engaged in production of oxygen-free copper rod copper production and processing.

In early 2006, Anhui Hairui Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture to start production of high standard copper and aluminum material processing equipment, wire and cable processing equipment.

At the end of 2006, a joint venture was established in Yangzhou Chengming Electric Co., Ltd., engaged in the production of high standard machine reels, corrugated bobbins and other products.

In 2014, in order to better serve foreign customers, Shanghai Office and a international trade window, Sinoholding International Trade Co., Ltd. was set up.

In 2014, after setting up the international trade window, the company not only expanded the influence in the production of copper and aluminum, but also in the domestic and foreign industries of wire and cable production, as well as the sales channels of international and domestic counterparts.

In 2015, the companies were merged into the Sinoholding Group.
